INSERTING INTO CONTEXT
Formally immigrant and Italian workers are considered to bear equal rights and duties, according to an approach where why cultural, religious and social differences must be traced back to a universal prospect of equality.
The main objective on immigration is to promote the full integration of the immigrant citizen into the local social fabric in all its aspects and levels: civil, political and cultural, respecting what differentiates him from the host society.
INCLUSION IN THE SOCIAL CONTEXT
Inadequate knowledge, and consequently, the lack of training and information of the migrant’s living environment, necessarily entails restrictions on the access of information and the use of the services it may need by being in our territory.
Knowing the most common places and the means to reach them is of paramount importance.
KNOW THE HEALTH AND HOME CARESYSTEM
To conclude the training and integration in our territory we need to make the caregiver aware of how our health service works.
A visit to Operations Centre 112 is of paramount importance in knowing how to activate emergency relief for the patient and what information to give.
A visit to the area emergency room will teach the procedure of accepting the patient in case of hospitalization.
Making home care (SAD and AD) known and how to collaborate with it simplifies the work of all involved.
INCLUSION IN THE WORK CONTEXT IN ITALY
Workers will be placed in families who have previously requested the need for a cohabiting family carer.
The working documentation is prepared with the collaboration of the various Partners to carry out all administrative procedures to allow training and recruitment in Italy.
The recruitment will be carried out through the Agency of Employment authorized by the Ministry that establishes a regular administration contract (D.Lgs. 276/2003).
The Employment Contract applied is the CCNL (cleaning lady and caregiver), that is, the contract that applies to the workers, even of non-Italian nationality, who work in the functioning of family life, the contractual level applied will always be CS, that is, for people who are not self-sufficient.
For example, a carecgiver under a cohabitation scheme, a non-self-sufficient contractual level, receives a monthly salary of €. 983.00 + the thirteenth (approximately one month) + Severance indemnity (approximately one month for each working year) + INAIL and INPS contributions + accrual of 2.16 monthly days of holidays with the addition of the indemnity of Food.
With this in mind, it represents the main path that leads to a qualified integration into the world of work, as well as representing the natural opposition to any form of “submerged” work.
